Allshifts is convenient for picking up shifts. It's easy to find shifts in your area, pick them up and then get paid usually the same day you submit your timesheet. Allshifts does fall short on a couple things. If any issue comes up you have to text your issue on the app and wait. Theres no number to call to resolve issues quickly. This isn't typically an issue, but it would be nice to have something where we can resolve issues more quickly. I've run into a few issues where my recruiter has not communicated very clearly with me and it's caused issues so i recommend that if you use allshifts to be proactive.Overall they pay well and most people i've talked with have had pretty good experiences with them. It's also nice that once you get into a facility's good side, you can pick up shifts and not wait for it to be confirmed.

Good staffing company. Used them in multiple states. Easy transition when i moved from Indiana to Florida. App is easy to navigate. Pay is fast. Customer service is good. Would recomend

I take in account each shift as my assignment, and journaling to be assured that I can be heard as an advocate for the growing numbers of the vulnerable elderly communities to see that there best days, and years are being met!
