I recently found about ALL shifts and it has opened up a whole new world of school nursing for me. It gives the ability to venture into different areas and find your niche or just to simply have that experience without committing to a full time job. Easy app to use , payments come within 24 hours of working shifts . I have my CNA in three different states so the only thing I don't like about using the app is it only allows you one state . Specifically for borderline states this would be a great idea and open up the flexibility of more positions open. I however have a great experience with customer service and it has been the easiest to get started working quicker than majority of staffing apps

I have contacted a few nursing agencies, but so far, Allshift Agency is the best. I don't have to worry about taxes, they have many local facilities, offer high pay, and their representatives quickly answer my questions and nice.

My journey through AllShifts has been a tough one but it's slowly getting better. They do try their best to resolve any issues you may have with the facility and the $100 bonus for showing up for work is an awesome idea. Obviously there are things that could be better but overall it's not too bad. Sometimes you have to be patient and trust the process.
