Set up direct deposit and use a major bank.
Expect payment in your account within seconds of submitting your time as long as your time matches what was scheduled and you use an RTP® participating bank. If your bank is not in the Real-Time Payment network, your pay will likely be available the next business day—it depends on your bank.
Submit time via AllShifts when you finish working.
As soon as your shift ends, submit time from the Worked tab. Enter your start and end times, break and the authorized facility representative who approved your time. Employees attach a timesheet or independent contractors attach a work order including that supervisor’s signature as confirmation.
Shifts must match what is Scheduled in AllShifts.
We realize plans can change. If they do, and you submit time worked that’s longer than what was originally scheduled, we’ll need to confirm the extra time before we can process your pay. This often means contacting the facility supervisor to get additional approval so Instant Pay is not an option.
