Most major banks participate in the Real-Time Payment network. This means that once we process your direct deposit, there is no waiting for your pay to land in your account.

Real-Time Payment happens after we process your time worked. AllShifts now processes paychecks multiple times a day and on Saturdays and Sundays too. We do this so most staff see their money in their account within a few hours of finishing their shift.

You can do it in AllShifts. We recommend confirming your account before submitting time to ensure your pay is routed appropriately. Go to Direct Deposit to add or update accounts.

Submit time as soon as you’re done working to see your pay the fastest. Also, get direct deposit from a major bank.

If you prefer a weekly paycheck, simply submit your time once for the week. If properly submitted, it will be processed within 24 hours, most times much faster.

Paystubs are uploaded to AllShifts when your payment is processed. You will receive an email and push notification when they are available to view. See pay history.

If you submitted your time before 4pm on weekdays and before 12 noon on weekends (Eastern), you’ll likely see payment in your account that day.

This applies when your timesheet is facility approved, the shift is logged in our system, and your bank participates in RTP®. Otherwise, it may be the following day or thereafter.
